We have an open position for a Underwriting Operations Assistant in our Dublin office. In this role, you will be responsible for operational management of specified line(s) of business. This position provides direct interaction with stakeholders, and opportunities for training and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administration support to specified line(s) of business
Support a third party administrator to ensure underwriters’ service requirements are met
Ensure that all underwriting accounts are updated as per underwriters’ instructions and within specified time frame
Prepare management reports for the underwriting team(s)
Maintain underwriting department’s e-filing system and worksite database to ensure all correspondence is updated and properly filed
Liaise with finance regarding payment query
Person Specification
Highly developed communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
