  • Lean Innovation Delivery Manager, Dublin Can you facilitate business to explore the art of the possible for current delivery model set-up? Previous experience leading technical Security teams such as Security Engineering, Security Operations, and/or Security Architecture. Previous experience in roles such as a Security Architect, Security Operations Lead or technical Security Auditor is a bonus. These propositions should both drive our customer first strategy (rNPS as measure) and value for the bank (aph etc) Translate customer insights, market trends, and strategic priorities into actionable proposition concepts and business cases. Collaborate closely with key business units including, product, marketing, base management, risk, delivery teams and business and channel owners to co-create and deliver best-in-class experiences. Own the proposition roadmap for Personal Banking, aligning closely with strategic missions and enterprise objectives. Ensure that key governance frameworks are complied with. Develop innovative solutions that deliver real customer value while meeting commercial and regulatory objectives. Act as the voice of the customer in shaping propositions that are inclusive, accessible, and sustainable. Build strong business cases to show that the propositions are both viable to AIB, feasible to deliver through our systems and processes and feeds into our sustainability strategy and ambition Drive cross-functional workshops and design sprints to ideate, test, and iterate new proposition ideas. Work with customers and frontline staff directly to feed into the concept development and testing process Define success metrics and use data to assess proposition performance and identify optimisation opportunities. Ensure an iterative approach to propositions post launch with key business owners Support the Head of Customer Strategy & Propositions in strategic planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
