We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who understands that print and display solutions are not just products, but tools that deliver measurable return on investment (ROI) for customer
The Role This is a results-focused sales role responsible for generating profitable new business while developing relationships with existing clients.
You will manage your own pipeline, proactively identify opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-up to convert enquiries into orders. Success in this role requires strong organisation, confidence in outbound sales activity, and the ability to demonstrate value to customers.
Key Responsibilities Business Development Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails and networking
Identify opportunities where print, POS and display solutions can enhance customer visibility and brand presence
Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities
Account Management Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up quotations and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Identify upselling and repeat business opportunities
Commercial Awareness & ROI Focus Understand customer objectives and recommend solutions that deliver value
Position display and print products as commercially effective marketing tools
Ensure projects are commercially viable and aligned with company processes
Pipeline & Activity Management Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities
Consistently achieve agreed activity levels and sales targets
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What We Are Looking For Experience in a sales role
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Proactive approach to business development and lead generation
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
Commercial awareness and ability to understand customer needs
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Experience in print, signage, POS or display solutions desirable but not essential
