Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards of care. Act as the senior representative of the service at all times, making decisions in the best interests of residents, the home, and the wider organisation. Maintain responsibility for the centres registration and ensure adherence to all HIQA regulations and relevant statutory obligations.
