Founded in 2017 and with offices in the UK, Ireland, Japan, India and and the USA, Airborne has built a global presence, based on the industry expertise of its Partners, and its offerings in asset management and advisory services.
Due to business growth we wish to recruit an Executive Assistant for our Shannon office to provide to provide PA support to the Partners and office management support to the local team. This position is newly created and is being recruited for as Airborne Capital grows its global business offerings. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a strong grounding in the responsibilities of the position and exceptional attention to detail. Key to job success will be a desire and capability to work in a complex, fast-moving business. Key accountabilities for the job will include:
Actively supporting the CCO, and other Partners in their day-to-day activities with diary management and responsive provision of documents and reports. Managing the CCO’s diary to ensure that it is up to date at all times.
Managing the organization of external conferences and events including travel and accommodation requirements, itineraries, and guest list tracking and correspondence, coordinating these activities with peers at other locations.
Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning, safe, and welcoming environment.
Managing relationships with building management and landlords, including lease agreements and maintenance requests.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum 5+ years' experience working in a similar role, ideally with international scope. This will include a high level of proficiency in the use of all MS Office family products, especially PowerPoint; additional experience in use of expense accounting and other associated software is desirable.
They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups across multiple geographies with cultural awareness and respect for others.
A high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and tact with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is an essential candidate attribute.
Aviation industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
