Track and follow up on action items and decisions to ensure timely execution. Maintain and review the Committee's Terms of Reference (ToR) bi-annually or as required. Support Committee Effectiveness Evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g. SEAR, SM&CR, UK Corporate Governance Code). Act as a point of contact for queries related to GRC governance and documentation. Collaborate with the Risk function to ensure alignment of work programmes and strategic risk priorities. Build strong working relationships with the Chair, Committee members, presenters, and key stakeholders. Work closely with the broader Corporate Governance team and provide input into initiatives and projects as required. What you Will Bring; Minimum 5 years' experience in risk, compliance, corporate governance or company secretarial within financial services or a regulated entity. Part qualified or ICSA qualified is advantageous. Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast based environment, learn quickly, adapt to change and work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent attention to detail along with strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
