Role
This is a pivotal client-facing role combining end-to-end implementation leadership with customer success ownership .
You will lead the rollout of AgrosMilk to new and existing customers (project initiation through to go-live), while also ensuring customers realise long-term value, adoption, and measurable outcomes post go-live. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, coordinate internal delivery teams, and identify opportunities to expand each account over time (upsell / cross-sell).
Day to day, you’ll manage delivery plans, run governance cadence, drive clear requirements and scope, support UAT and training, and maintain senior stakeholder confidence throughout.
What you’ll do
Own customer implementations end-to-end: discovery, planning, configuration, UAT, training, go-live and transition
Act as the primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders across delivery and ongoing success
Build and manage project plans, milestones, governance, RAID and reporting
Coordinate internal teams (Product, Development, Support) to deliver on time and to spec
Translate business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, and work packages
Drive adoption and value realisation post go-live, proactively addressing risks to retention
Identify and progress expansion opportunities (modules, services, additional scope) in partnership with Sales and Leadership
Support strategic business reviews and account planning with senior customer stakeholders
Feed customer insights back into the product roadmap and service delivery improvements
Mentor junior team members and contribute to scalable delivery and customer success playbooks
What we’re looking for
7+ years in customer success, implementation, consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles (ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise software)
Proven experience leading complex client implementations with strong delivery governance
Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive-level communication
Solid business analysis capability: requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, UAT approach
Commercial awareness: comfortable identifying and shaping upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a value-led way
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure — you bring structure to ambiguity
Comfortable working across multiple customers and projects concurrently
Based in Ireland, with flexibility for occasional travel to customer sites
