The Opportunity We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (Chinese Speaking) who will help us strategically yet grow our world-class team in Malaysia and other countries across the globe through end-to-end high-volume hiring. You should be passionate about recruiting first-rate talents that will add value to the business. Partnering with senior management (including C-levels), you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Agoda scale our business globally. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia. Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform and positive candidate experience. Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level. Engage creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business. Work on recruitment projects and events to support mass hiring initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and attract top talents. What You\'ll Need To Succeed Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company/BPO setup in a high-volume hiring environment. Ability to partner with senior leadership across the company using a data driven approach. Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, MS Office Suite (Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
