This role leverages expertise in cutting‑edge automation technologies, coordinates multidisciplinary projects from concept through validation, collaborates with machine vendors, and mentors internal engineers to deliver innovative, robust automation systems that drive operational excellence. What are the key responsibilities? Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation systems in Aerogen . The CM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the sales and clinical education team to implement growth strategies and initiatives as defined by Commercial leadership and supported by Marketing resources. The CM is also responsible for ensuring consistent profitable sales growth that achieves Aerogen’s plan commitments by not only driving the topline revenue growth, but also by managing expenses and costs within the area of responsibility.
