The Head of Construction will be responsible for developing and implementing an overarching construction strategy suited to a complex, live aviation environment. The position will oversee a diverse range of construction activities and asset categories, including terminal and commercial buildings, piers, airfields, and aprons. Financial oversight: Maintain visibility and control over construction project finances, including budget tracking, change orders, purchase orders, and payments. Adherence to construction strategy: Champion and reinforce the programme team’s alignment with the overarching construction strategy and delivery plan, ensuring consistent use of approved stages, logs, tools, and methodologies.
