Provide effective support and managing, motivating and mentoring Senior Surveyors, Project Surveyors and Graduates. The Programme Director is responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects within the Terminals and Campus Programme, forming part of the Contracting Entity’s Infrastructure Department. This programme is both high-profile and strategically critical, supporting capacity and capability growth while meeting obligations to the Regulator, customers, and passengers. The role requires a high-calibre individual who acts as an ambassador for the programme, fostering strong relationships, driving performance, and maintaining team morale, as well as engagement with external stakeholders.
