    The Opportunity The primary focus of this position will be to help structure profitable transactions that address the needs of a diverse set of internal corporate partners, improve Adobe's revenue, and increase the efficiency and productivity of the sales force in Western EMEA. This role will act in a fiduciary capacity in handling first line deal approvals, including deal structuring and accelerating deal closures. This will be accomplished by meeting with your sales teams to identify customers’ critical business issues and assist in structuring transactions that meet both Adobe’s goals and requirements and the customer’s needs. What You Will Do Manage the day to day deal approval process, communicate via documented business case with cross‑functional partners to articulate deal value in a consistent manner Guide and counsel the sales teams during the different phases of the deal cycle Prepare and draft the sales orders, ensure validation and finalisation from all internal partners Interact with internal partners, including but not limited to: Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit and other functions Regularly connect with your sales teams to ensure consistent knowledge and application of process and policy Perform to a specified set of metrics and service levels Ensure that transactions respect Adobe's internal revenue recognition rules, compliance policies and operational guidelines Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement What You Will Need Bachelors/Masters or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting/Business Experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations and/or Deal Desk in a multi‑national company Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Capability to build strong working relationships with team members and cross‑functional partners Experience in structuring multi‑element (subscriptions, licenses, services and support) contracts Understanding in software revenue recognition accounting Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Excellent oral/written communication skills in English required Knowledge of French in business context strongly appreciated (ability to read and understand contracts) – knowledge of other European languages appreciated but not required.     Accounts Receivable – AR Staff Accountant The Opportunity Adobe’s Account Receivable department is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the Accounts Receivable team. The position will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager. The primary focus of the position will be on the areas of reconciliation, issue resolution and analysis across multiple currencies and payment methods. This role will also involve application of cash, project support and process improvement which will require collaborating cross functionally. What You'll Do Resolve issues across Enterprise and eCommerce platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams and Adobe partners. Ensure issues are followed through to resolution, while finding opportunities for broader process improvements. Analyse and review eCommerce payments and files (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) to ensure automated system application. Investigate and act on unapplied items to ensure high-value settlements are accurately reported and reconciled. Post and apply multi-currency customer receipts to accounts daily. Investigate and resolve customer allocation queries promptly. Review and analyse payment files received via electronic banking systems. Identify trends or irregularities and proactively resolve issues impacting multi-currency payments across both Enterprise and eCommerce platforms. Use tools such as High Radius and Kyriba for detailed investigation. Manage a shared mailbox, triaging a wide variety of requests and inquiries efficiently. Support the team in achieving tight close timelines and ensure deliverables are met consistently. Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with internal processes. Maintain strong attention to detail in a compliance-focused environment where adherence to procedures, processes, and SLAs is critical. Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to a strong control environment within the Accounts Receivable function. Document processes and proactively maintain accurate and up-to-date procedural documentation. Assist in the preparation of GL, debtor, and bank reconciliations. Regularly review aged bank and debtor reconciliations to ensure reconciling items are accurately reflected and cleared on a timely basis. What's Needed To Succeed Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cash application and/or in a similar accounting or analysis-based role Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience in analysing data sets and identifying issues and trends a distinct advantage Experience with eCommerce payment application and accounting is a distinct advantage A third-level business qualification is beneficial, but not mandatory Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Solid understanding of accounting entries A strong work ethic and ability to work in an organized and thorough manner Energy, passion, and drive to deliver results Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to shifting priorities Initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Adobe is an equal opportunity employer.
