    Establish and lead a Strategic Programme Management Centre of Excellence, ensuring clear structure, accountability, and transparency across all transformation and business change initiatives within the CTTOO function. This role ensures consistent, high-quality programme initiation, governance, reporting, and change adoption aligned to organisational priorities and long-term strategy. This is a senior leadership position responsible for strengthening programme governance, embedding change methodologies, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across all change delivery activity. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Strategic Programme Governance *Develop and lead a Strategic Programme Management Centre of Excellence to provide structure, oversight, and transparency across all transformation and business change activity. *Drive consistent, high-quality standards for programme initiation, approval, monitoring, and reporting, aligned to the organisation's integrated 5-year plan and portfolio priorities. *Oversee governance processes ensuring all change programmes comply with change standards, risk management expectations, and regulatory requirements. *Provide strategic assurance, decision support, and challenge to programme teams and senior leaders. Continuous Improvement *Champion a culture of continuous improvement across change and programme delivery. *Establish mechanisms for capturing lessons learned and refine governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, accountability, and value. ________________________________________ About You - Experience & Skills Essential Experience *10+ years' experience in a similar senior role within programme governance, transformation, or portfolio management. *Proven experience operating in complex, fast-paced, or regulated environments. *Strong understanding of change governance, risk management, and portfolio-level assurance. Core Capabilities *Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex programme and risk data to inform decision-making. *Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and build trust at senior and executive levels. *Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to executive committees and boards. *Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and how they integrate with project delivery frameworks. *Highly organised with strong planning and time management abilities, and excellent attention to detail.   • Senior Oracle Developer PLSQL Dublin Contract. My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Oracle PLSQL Developer to join them on a contract basis for 6-18 months. You will be expected to develop enhancements to existing functionality and architectural improvements to the system. periodically troubleshoot and support the components. Work collaboratively with development teams in Finance Technology to deliver solutions end to end to meet business requirements. You will work closely with Product Owner and business analysts to deliver stories and gain sign-off. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c or 19C with strong experience coding PL/SQL procedures and functions. You will also have strong OO design skills, knowledge of patterns and architectural understanding. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven global team interaction. Good team communication, with experiences in sharing and presenting new ideas and approaches with the performance tuning experience. It would be seen as a nice to have Commercial experience of Python. Also nice to have A working knowledge of accounting with experience of corporate GL structures and flows would be beneficial.
