Display leadership and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. Previous experience using a hotel reservation system would be advantageous.   • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team of our client, a luxury property in Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a 4 or 5-star property and take pride in delivering high-quality service to guests. You must have excellent team leadership, motivation, communication, and organisational skills. Main Duties Include: Full management of all F&B areas within the property Ensuring the F&B team consistently delivers high-quality standards of guest service Monitoring purchasing costs within the F&B department, adhering to budget, minimising waste, stock control, and stock taking Managing the F&B department labour budget in line with business levels, labour forecasts, and rosters Identifying recruitment needs and actively recruiting for the F&B department with the HR department Upskilling and training the F&B team in all SOPs and carrying out team performance appraisals Working with other heads of department within the property to ensure the smooth running of the F&B department, attending Head of Department meetings, and communicating with HODs, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager Other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Deputy General Manager In return we can offer: An excellent salary for the right candidate (55k+) Temporary accommodation if you need to relocate Career progression with this well-known Irish hotel group The hotel is near all public transport amenities A very supportive General Manager to help you settle into the role Please note, only candidates who are eligible to live and work in Ireland without restrictions will be considered for this role.
