    We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a busy Return Department. In this role, you will help customers by processing the returns, solving problems and providing great service over the phone and by email. This is a 6 months part time contract, 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday (hours can be flexible). What we require: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong working knowledge of computers and common program Apply now

It is ideally suited to mature people, with relevant work and life experience. We welcome applications from individuals returning to work after a career break. Basic PC skills are essential. Family-friendly working hours, no late evenings, Sundays or bank holidays working. Job sharing with another 3 days weekly Monday, Friday 9.305, Saturday 10.4.30.
