    We are working with a top-tier national law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Public Regulatory team within their Dublin office. The Role The successful candidate will join an esteemed Litigation practice, advising on public, regulatory, and investigations matters. The candidate will advise on a diverse range of issues, including litigation, restorative justice processes, mediation, investigations and inquiries, information law (including confidentiality, privilege and data protection law), and vetting legislation. This role will offer the candidate significant client contact, together with counsel, the courts and other parties, supporting highly reputable clients through attending and conducting settlement talks/mediations, attending court applications, briefing and conducting consultations with counsel. 1-5 PQE; Strong background in litigation matters and procedures within a medium to large commercial law firm; Outstanding academics; Technically excellent; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
