Duties & Responsibilities Perform calibrations in a wide range of disciplines (temperature, pressure, humidity, speed etc.) and Temperature Mapping in accordance with existing methods and procedures Execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for our extensive list of principals/suppliers Accurate and timely completion of calibration certificates, reports and associated documentation in both hardcopy and computerised systems, as required Liaise directly with customers, technical service teams and Calibration Division management. Communicate calibration results, technical issues, uncertainties, and equipment status clearly and professionally. Follow cGMP and cGLP guidelines (where applicable to customer sites), safety procedures and SOP’s at all times Work closely with the key stakeholders within our customer sector and assist in the drafting & execution of validation protocols Carrying out tasks associated with the general running and maintenance of the calibration laboratory, ISO 17025 accreditation and associated equipment Ensure all work aligns with the laboratory’s Quality Management System (QMS), policies and procedures. Support internal audits, proficiency testing and corrective actions when required. Report to and work closely with the direct line manager Essential Requirements for the Role Minimum level 6 in engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and related technical / field service support experience Experience in a metrology, calibration or field service role would be an advantage Self-motivated with the ability to manage own time to meet critical timelines with high expectations from internal and external customers Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Comfortable working in a field‑based role, including travel to customer sites for service, calibration, and technical support activities Highly proficient communication skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders Works efficiently both on an independent basis and as part of a team Proven strong problem solving ability with attention to root cause Maintains a personal and professional "continuous improvement" philosophy #J-18808-Ljbffr
