Responsibilities
Support the execution of the organization’s marketing strategy and digital communication initiatives across all platforms and brand touchpoints
Manage and optimize the company’s social media channels end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, community management, and real-time engagement
Develop and maintain comprehensive editorial calendars for social media and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment
Create compelling content and copy that reflects brand positioning, resonates with our audience, and drives engagement and conversions
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand activations
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the digital landscape
Provide operational support to the marketing department, managing timelines, deliverables, and project coordination
Support event coordination and activation coverage, capturing content and ensuring brand consistency throughout all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in marketing, with demonstrated expertise in hotels digital marketing
Proven experience managing social media platforms and utilizing social media management and analytics tools
Strong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, and manage editorial calendars for social media and digital channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and support cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and understanding of local consumer behaviour and cultural nuances
Experience in campaign management and execution from concept through measurement
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, or other digital marketing channels
Graphic design or video editing skills
Experience with event coordination and brand activation management
Certification in digital marketing or social media marketing
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
