  • Contracts Manager

    This role is working across 1-3 projects in the Midlands region, one which has already commenced and the other 2 to start next year. All of these projects are public works, specifically working on school projects with a couple of hospital projects in the pipeline, so good contracts manager experience working on public works would be a massive bonus. These projects are ranging between €5 - €10 million. The team and people you will be working alongside are all very experienced in both their profession and their position within the company, so there will be little micro-managing and a lot of responsibilities taken off your hands if need be. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects, from planning and procurement through to execution and completion. Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets. Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Quality Assurance: Enforce Glenman’s quality standards, ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and practices. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.
