This is a full-time, office-based role with responsibility for recruitment delivery and workforce coordination for 200+ temporary frontline staff working across hospital and healthcare environments. The position offers commercial ownership, client relationship management and the opportunity to grow revenue within a specialist, high-demand sector. The Role As Senior Recruiter, you will: Manage full-cycle recruitment across healthcare and catering desks Develop and oversee sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines Coordinate and optimise workforce scheduling and rostering Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and healthcare clients Drive desk performance against revenue and placement targets Mentor and support junior recruitment team members Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and documentation standards Oversee payroll preparation and accuracy You will play a key role in expanding client relationships and strengthening operational delivery.
