This role is responsible for supporting and delivering the organisation's global EHS strategy while ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, supporting operational teams, and ensuring effective use of the company's EHS knowledge management system. Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of global EHS goals and objectives at the Bray facility. Ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the EHS Knowledge Management System (Entropy) including timely reporting and data management. Act as the system Super User and the primary point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders regarding system management. Coordinate system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support. Deliver one-to-one training and tutor-led training sessions for employees using the system. Develop and maintain training and mentorship materials. Manage global EHS standards and corporate guidance documentation within the system. Monitor and supervise monthly EHS KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Support the implementation and adoption of the system across sites, identifying and addressing gaps or deficiencies. Generate EHS reports and performance metrics as required. Work with management to promote a positive health and safety culture across the organisation. Support initiatives that reduce environmental risk, liabilities, and improve overall EHS performance and reputation.Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in Environmental Health & Safety in Ireland. Relevant EHS qualification (mandatory). Strong knowledge of data collection, statistics, analysis and reporting. Experience working with EHS systems, reporting tools or knowledge management systems is desirable. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist Desirable Skills: Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
