Manage and work with our Talent coordinator to ensure a quick, accurate and fully transparent interview process for all parties. Understand and advise on local employment laws in all our hiring regions (UK, Ireland, Argentina & Pakistan). Work closely with our Head of People on building fit-for-purpose policies for the regions we recruit in. Work with the marketing team to build out our employer brand and proactively use this to build a program that attracts smart, ambitious and curious talent. Track record of being a trusted advisor to managers and leaders within the business. Highly organised and proven experience working to tight deadlines. About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. Based in either our London or Dublin offices, the PMM will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, VP of Product, and his team of five Product Managers. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of Flipdish's innovative product portfolio, from physical products such as POS, Self-Service Kiosks, and Kitchen Display Units, to digital solutions including websites and apps for online orders, delivery management, and marketplace integrations. The PMM will play a key role in shaping product strategies and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring Flipdish’s technology continues to transform the hospitality industry and empower our customers to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive adoption and customer engagement across Flipdish’s all-in-one technology platform. Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and data insights to inform product positioning and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product launches and effective go-to-market strategies. Work closely with product managers to understand their goals, acting as a bridge between product and commercial performance. Establish a feedback loop that informs product managers of market performance against KPIs. Create compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to target audiences such as QSRs, takeaways, franchises, and restaurant chains. Develop and deliver enablement materials, including product guides, sales decks, and training resources, to support Sales and Customer Success teams. Partner with the Demand Generation team to align product marketing initiatives with broader marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and growth. Monitor and report on product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization for alignment and collaboration. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Experience managing a multi-faceted product portfolio and working with multiple product managers. Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Experience overseeing the full product lifecycle from launch to adoption, ensuring continued relevance and value. Understanding of the hospitality industry and challenges faced by restaurant owners is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with talent for clear and compelling messaging. This team focuses on building the self-service tools that help Flipdish clients manage their business, from onboarding through to day-to-day operations. We’re creating a standout platform that makes it easy for clients to launch quickly, stay in control, and get value fast. The client experience team has a particular focus on the self service and maintenance of our products, through their online portal. Our main goal is to provide our clients with a standout management platform for all their Flipdish services. We are also responsible for creating an efficient and exciting onboarding flow, allowing the clients to start earning money fast! This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years as a front end or full stack developer using React and Typescript. You should have previous experience working in the cloud, preferably using serverless architecture.
