As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be as follows: 1.
Implement a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and co-ordinating the with Operations Management and Planning Schedulers 2.
Monitor daily work operations and provide support to team members 3.
Develop your team through training and assigning progressively more challenging tasks 4.
Develop feasibility and execute continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency or remove waste from the process.

Interact with key stakeholders: Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, EHS, Operations Management, Finance & Operations Excellence.

Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures 7.
