  • Environmental Manager  

    - Monaghan

    Ensure full environmental compliance across sites, preparing for, leading, and supporting site audits and inspections. Sustainability Strategy & Continuous Improvement Lead the company’s sustainability agenda, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce environmental impact. Identify, develop, and deliver initiatives focused on energy reduction, waste minimisation, resource efficiency, and carbon footprint measurement. Drive continual improvement projects for environmental performance and embed proactive environmental practices. Contribute to the development and delivery of company environmental targets, policies, and annual sustainability reporting. Training, Engagement & Advocacy Develop and deliver environmental awareness training to colleagues at all organisational levels. Promote a culture of environmental responsibility by engaging teams through campaigns, communication, and participation in initiatives. Act as the key contact for environmental issues, investigations, or incidents, and lead root cause analysis where required. Represent the company externally on environmental topics when required. Reporting, Analysis & Documentation Monitor, track, and report on environmental metrics Maintain comprehensive environmental documentation and records in line with legal and ISO requirements. Support the submission of regulatory returns such as packaging waste, greenhouse gas emissions, and related reporting schemes. In-depth understanding of environmental legislation, ISO 14001, and sustainability best practice. Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and environmental advocacy. Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes and deliver change. Strong IT skills, including competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and environmental management systems. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience). Practical experience managing environmental compliance, systems, or sustainability programmes (ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics). Track record of delivering environmental improvements and successful project management. Experience in policy creation, incident investigation, and supporting corporate sustainability goals preferred. This is a site-based role with travel between multiple locations as required.   • Senior Procurement Engineer  

    - Dublin Pike

    Responsibilities Actively support New Product Introductions , to ensure optimization in terms of part design/manufacturing technology/supplier selection decisions. Promote the use of supplier innovation and Design for Manufacturing & Assembly ( DfMA ) into product designs Lead Design to Cost ( DtC ) and Value Engineering ( VE ) with suppliers and internal engineering and drive cost optimization. Conduct RfQ competitive exercises, to identify lowest Total Cost of Ownership ( ToCO ) sources, and achieve the target costs for materials and products, based on defined commodity strategies. Manage Tooling costing, build scheduling through to validation, and part approvals with selected suppliers, to defined project schedules. Collaborate with internal teams ; procurement, R&D, manufacturing operations, quality & engineering to achieve new product development milestones and overall product launch and volume targets. Your Expertise Engineering or related Science Degree - QQI level 8 preferable. Professional experience within new product development environment. Experience within an electro‑mechanical manufacturing environment is preferable. Understanding of supplier manufacturing technologies and commodities , such as metal fabrication, metal machining, plastic molding, PCBA, cables, optics, and fluidics. Ability to influence supplier selection decisions at a Site and Strategic Procurement level. Proven direct supplier negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to lead supplier selection decisions on a cross‑functional basis. Team player with ability to build strong and influential relationships, with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong problem solving, planning and analytical skills . Ability to collate and analyze large amounts of data to influence decision making.
