For Tech positions; TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), CRM systems. For Data roles; Proven expertise in the relevant Data and Analytics domain, e.g. Data Strategy, Data Manipulation and ETL, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics and AI. Tools; Database Management Systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL; Data governance and metadata management tools like Collibra, Alation, and Informatica Axon; ETL tools like Informatica or Talend, Teradata, Oracle, IBM Bd2 etc, Collibra, Alteryx; AWS, Azure, Python, R. Advanced Excel, and SQL expertise etc. Experience of managing client relationships, business development, people development, coaching and mentoring A proven delivery track record leading Transformation Programmes. Previous Consulting/Client Facing experience.
