Technical Sales Account Manager
Due to the continued expansion of our Production Ecosystem and the onboarding of new partners, Mutoh and BRM Lasers, we are seeking a motivated and technically minded Technical Sales Account Manager. This role is central to supporting our existing clients while driving the development of new business opportunities within the Graphics Industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure strong ongoing support and satisfaction
Promote and represent our expanding Production Ecosystem offerings, including solutions from Mutoh, BRM Lasers and Xerox
Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities within the Graphics and Wide-Format Printing industry
Provide technical product knowledge and consultancy to clients, ensuring solutions align with their production needs
Carry out technical activities – preventative maintenance calls, product installations and non-scheduled customer call outs.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, installation, and after-sales support
Track sales activities, maintain CRM data, and report regularly on pipeline development and market feedback
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and partner training sessions as required
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or a related role—ideally within the Graphics, Print, or Manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of wide-format printing, laser systems, or production workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand client technical requirements and translate them into suitable solutions
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a diverse client portfolio
Full driver’s licence and ability to travel as needed
