About the Role We now have a vacancy for a SHEQ advisor in the Dublin Region. Responsibilities Providing assistance to the project management team on practical management of the health, safety, quality and environmental systems. Preparing health, safety, quality and environmental documents such as method statements, risk assessments, health and safety plans, environmental management plans, quality management plans, etc. Reviewing method statement risk assessments prepared by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with legislation and the integrated management system. Completing site inspections and ensuring that non-conformances raised are successfully closed in a timely manner. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the health, safety, quality and environmental systems to management. Attending the health, safety, quality and environmental officer meetings and advising on suitable action plans. Recording and logging health, safety, quality and environmental statistics, as required. Liaising with all departments as required, ensuring a good working relationship to achieve the best practices in health, safety, quality and environmental systems. We now have a vacancy for a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the Monami Construction team in the Dublin office. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Liaise with the project team Identify and select subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with project budgets. Appointment of subcontractors including formal order placing. Produce overall project budget for approval by Commercial Director Provide input into the selection of plant and equipment for the project. Notify any area of additional costs in accordance with the conditions of contract Attend site meetings, internal review meetings, subcontractors meeting as required. Undertake comprehensive financial analysis of the project performance on a regular bases and report finding to Commercial Director Prepare variation costing and agree same with Design team as the works progress.
