This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and executing a high‑performing go‑to‑market strategy across Ireland. The successful candidate will directly manage a small portfolio of key accounts while developing a motivated, results‑driven sales team. This role carries clear KPIs and targets including sales orders, billed revenue, gross margin, annual recurring revenue, and new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IT services sales team; recruit as needed. Define team roles, set performance metrics, and conduct regular reviews.
