Galway Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new housing project in Headford, Co. Galway. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven ability to manage all on-site operations efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the construction project from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and on-time delivery. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and implement robust quality control measures. Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Maintain high-quality standards throughout all stages of the project. Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, labourers, and other project stakeholders. Support a smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. Requirements Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar construction leadership role. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and quality management practices. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors effectively.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
