Job Description After intensive training, you will be responsible for the sales management of all distributors in your customer portfolio. Reporting to the F&B divisional manager, you will oversee and drive growth across the distribution network, building strong long‑term relationships with partners in UK (70%) and Ireland (30%). You will seek opportunities for growth and manage sales activities in CRM. What You Will Do Own the commercial relationship with distribution partners in UK and Ireland. Build a solid understanding of Ecolab products, customer plant operations and business objectives, and applicable government regulations. Develop strategic work plans to meet sales targets and conduct service/consultation calls with new and existing customers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations on innovative products, equipment and services. Provide industry expertise in sanitation, safety, quality and operations, assisting with sanitation plans and programs, SOPs, evaluating processes, implementing efficiencies and employee training. Manage Ecolab products and equipment; participate in installations, observe and test performance, adjust chemical concentration levels, monitor inventory and place orders. Report sales activities according to CRM guidelines and monitor sales numbers. Communicate effectively with plant staff, building strong business relationships and networks. Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements. To Be Successful, You Will Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dairy, food, agricultural science, engineering, chemistry or related field. 2 years technical sales experience in meat, processed food, dairy, poultry sector or beverage and brewing sector. Good knowledge of the Animal Health market. Experience managing international accounts in a business‑related environment. An optimistic, action‑oriented person who hunts for new opportunities. Excellent communication skills, coordinating actions with customers and internal support functions. Fluent in English; other languages are a great asset. Valid driver’s license. Willingness and ability to travel throughout territories, including periodic overnight travel and on‑call during off‑work hours and weekends. Ideally based in UK or Ireland.
