    Job Title: ERP Business Analyst Odoo Overview Cirrus ERP Ltd is seeking to hire an experienced and commercially minded ERP Business Analyst to join our Odoo implementation team. In this client-facing role, you will lead business process analysis, translate client requirements into practical Odoo solutions, and support the full lifecycle of ERP delivery from initial scoping through to post-implementation optimisation. As an Odoo Partner, we work with organisations across a range of industries to streamline operations and deliver measurable business improvements. The ideal candidate will bring both business process expertise and system implementation experience, combined with the communication skills to build trusted client relationships and guide them through their digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives. Lead workshops and discovery sessions to capture detailed business and functional requirements. Analyse client operations and design effective solutions using Odoos capabilities. Configure, test, and validate Odoo modules across areas such as Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, and Accounting. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments or integrations. Oversee and support data migration, user acceptance testing, and training. Provide expert post-implementation support and ongoing process optimisation. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client communication in coordination with project managers. Skills & Experience Proven experience working with Odoo or another major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite) Strong understanding of business processes in one or more of the following areas: Purchasing and supply chain Inventory or stock management Manufacturing or production planning Finance or accounting Ability to map complex processes and translate them into system configurations or specifications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach. Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills. Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working across multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis software. Desirable Hands-on experience in delivering ERPimplementations across multiple modules. Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Odoo dashboards. Experience in consulting or client service environments. Education & Background Degree + 2 years experience in a similar role. OR 3 years professional experience in at least one of the following; Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, Project Management, IT.
