The provisioning specialist will have key responsibilities focused on management of cases through the Salesforce ticketing system (Support Force), provisioning and deploying hardware to end users, shipping & receiving, logistics, and ticketing tasks. Key Responsibilities : Managing case‑work through our ticketing system. Deploying and assigning hardware to users. Contacting internal and external users for pickup and delivery information. Shipping asset return kits to internal and external users. Updating asset inventory records and support cases. Shipping and receiving Salesforce Assets. Required Skills/Experience : Experience with Support Ticketing Systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar software. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written. Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
